Alexandra Adamiak is the founder and creative director of AANOUKIS, a luxury swimwear and resortwear brand born in Bali and inspired by travel, femininity, and effortless elegance.
Originally from France and based in Bali for many years, she created AANOUKIS with the desire to design timeless pieces that make women feel confident, radiant, and naturally elegant.
Over the years, the brand has evolved into a refined universe inspired by meaningful destinations, craftsmanship, and the art of slow luxury.
The latest collection, SUMBA RÊVERIES, reflects this evolution — inspired by the raw beauty and quiet sophistication of Sumba.
Alongside the creative vision, Alexandra remains deeply committed to local craftsmanship and to the women and artisans who have been part of the AANOUKIS journey since the beginning.
THE BALI FAMILY
Since our establishment, we support local craftsmen’s independency by buying sewing machines to sew in their own homes.
Each of our pieces is an original high-end design with French elegant touch. Created with love by Bali talented artisans and seamstresses all over Bali through crochet, macramé and braiding technique, with carefully sourced materials to brings super-soft, rich hand feel & comfort.
Creating our collection with love in Bali, the Island of Gods, we share this energy around the world, then giving back to our Bali Family.

ETHICAL PRODUCTION
Ensuring fair labor practices, providing fair wages to our workers. Buying sewing machines for some of our sewing ladies so they can work independently and remotely in their villages and take care of their family.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
Committing to using most of our non-textured nylon lycra for swimwear as eco-friendly fabrics such as Vita Carvico recycled nylon lycra and Acetex for our prints. For our men's resortwear, we use organic fabric to minimize environmental impact.
LOCAL ARTISAN COLLABORATION
All our production is done in Bali where we are based. Supporting local artisans by incorporating traditional craftsmanship into our designs.
PLASTIC REDUCTION
Implementing initiatives to reduce plastic waste, recycling our plastic packaging and reusing them from our factory to deliver our stores in Bali, and offering reusable swimwear bags to our customers.
