SHIPPING POLICY - AANOUKIS SWIMWEAR

• Good news for European customers: Now that our warehouse is based in France, all orders within Europe are duty and tax-free, making shipping more affordable. A reduced flat rate of 10€ and no custom fees applies to all European deliveries. 
• Please note that orders within Europe are shipped weekly, so shipping times can takes 5 - 10 days based on the dispatch schedule.
  
• We offer flat fee shipping at 15€ for all international orders.
  
• We are based in Bali and ship our products using DHL Express. Your order will typically take around 5 to 7 business days to arrive after shipping.
  
• For orders outside of Europe, taxes and duties may be charged upon arrival in your country. This payment is the responsibility of the customer. However, we can give you the estimation based on the DHL system we use.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

• There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame.
• Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
• Order will be sent between 3 to 7 days after receiving your order (depends of production time) and take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at destination.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
• Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
