As long as we wish you to love your new AANOUKIS item(s), we accept return for size exchange, credit note or refund, with a notification of maximum 5 days after receiving your order.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

  • The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to AANOUKIS Swimwear for an exchange or return are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE, which only occur one time, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again, except the custom fees that are at your expense.
  • In case of return, any refunds issued by AANOUKIS shall exclude any shipping costs (with flat rate of 10€) and custom fees.

 

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

  • During sales, NO EXCHANGE & NO REFUND is accepted.

 

WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGE IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

  • The item/s are returned within 5 days of you receiving them.
  • The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size can only occur once. 
  • We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

WE ONLY ACCEPT GOODS AS FAULTY IF THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN MET:

  • If you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@aanoukisswimwear.com by attaching photos so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

     

    HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

    • Email info@aanoukisswimwear.com to advise us of the return or exchange.
    • Please info your details such as (a) Your name, (b) Order date, (c) Brief description of the problem you are experiencing, (d) Picture.
    • Address for your return if you're in Europe & UK to : AANOUKIS, 10 rue Louis Pergaud, 69150 DECINES, FRANCE.
    • Address for your return if you're in Asia, US and Australia to : AANOUKIS SWIMWEAR, Jl. Kayu Aya no. 7A, BALI 80361, INDONESIA
    • We cannot be held liable for the loss of your item(s) being returned.
    • We recommend using a registered or express postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. 

     

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED ?

    • For an EXCHANGE of size - if we have stock on hand, we will send out your new size within 3-4 working days. In most cases we will not have stock on hand so the item will need to be recut and made for you again. A new tracking number will be issued to you via email.
    • If you are returning a FAULTY item for a REFUND over an exchange – and it is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, we will refund you once we received the goods.
    • Refund will be proceed in less than 7 working days after we received back the goods and approved the return.
