If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

How Returns Work

  1. Get in Touch

    Contact our team at info@aanoukisswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund.

  2. Prepare Your Return

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene protection intact. Swimwear should always be tried on over underwear.

    Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return instructions.

  3. Choose What Works for You

    Once your return has been received and approved, you can choose between:

    • Size or style exchange: Find the piece that feels just right, subject to availability.
    • Store credit: Discover another AANOUKIS favourite at your own pace (2 months validity).
    • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Return Costs

We want to keep the process clear and transparent.

For international orders, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For an approved exchange, AANOUKIS will cover the standard shipping cost of sending your replacement item once.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

We invite you to shop our sale collections thoughtfully.

Change-of-mind returns on final-sale items are not accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

We will personally assist you in finding the appropriate solution, in accordance with your consumer rights.
