• Good news for European customers: A reduced flat rate of 15€ applies to all European deliveries. 
• Please note that orders within Europe are shipped weekly, so shipping times can takes 5 - 10 days based on the dispatch schedule.
  
• We offer flat fee shipping at 15€ for all international orders.
  
• We are based in Bali and ship our products using DHL Express. Your order will typically take around 5 to 7 business days to arrive after shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

• There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame.
• Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
• Order will be sent between 3 to 7 days after receiving your order (depends of production time) and take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at destination.
